Family Voice Peterborough is here to support Parent Carers of children and young people aged 0-25 with SEND.
We are the designated DfE Parent Carer Forum of Peterborough and a local registered charity, offering guidance, information and signposting to help families understand and access support available to them.
We gather the real experiences and views of families through listening events, surveys, signposting contacts as well as conversations at coffee sessions and gathering feedback at trips and activities.
We then work closely with professionals across Education, Health and Social Care, sharing what families tell us so that services can be shaped and improved based on real lived experiences.
Our goal is to make sure Parent Carers from all walks of life feel heard, represented and supported, and that their insights help create better services for all children and young people in Peterborough.
We offer a range of different opportunities for Parent Carers to access services, receive signposting and to share their voice.
